How long can I use my remaining data?
12 months from the purchase date. Each purchase is counted separately, and buying more does not extend earlier purchases.
Can I get a refund?
Within 7 days of payment, unused data is fully refunded to the original payment method. After 7 days, you can still use it on your next trip within 12 months of purchase, or request a refund of the remaining data minus 10% within that period. If 12 months have passed, you can ask within 5 years of purchase to have the expired data added back to your Data Wallet once (usable for another 12 months) or refunded minus 10%. If you could not use the service because of us, or could not install the eSIM, you get a full refund regardless of the period. Data already used and free promotional data are not refundable. Will it work on my phone?
eSIM-capable, carrier-unlocked phones. If a device issue prevents installation, we refund without the deduction even after 7 days.
What if I load the eSIM but don't use it all?
Only actual usage is deducted; the rest returns to your Data Wallet and keeps its original validity.
